# Fairwind

> Production for apps built with AI. Fairwind takes an app someone built with Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, Bolt, v0 or Codex and makes it production-ready for its first 1,000 users. It gets the app ready (checks it, gives you, the coding agent, exact fix instructions, and re-checks every change until it passes), ships it live on a stack Fairwind sets up and runs, and watches every change after launch. One bill: plan fee plus provider usage at cost.

Status: pre-launch. Early access opens in waves. The free Shipshape report is available now, delivered within 48 hours, read-only. The CLI and an HTTP API are being built; the npm package `fairwind` is reserved.

## How it works

1. Ready: `npx fairwind` checks the app against the Shipshape Standard and keeps watching the repo. Each finding comes with a fix brief for you: requirement, evidence, likely files and done-when. Every change is re-checked, and a fix only counts once it passes with proof.
2. Ship: Fairwind sets up and runs hosting, database, auth, email and payments, then takes the app live on the user's domain.
3. Watch: every change after launch is checked again before it reaches users.

## What it checks (the Shipshape Standard, v0, 31 requirements)

Access control and row-level security, auth on the production domain, payment webhooks (signature and idempotency), live vs test keys, email domain setup, secrets, backups and restores, error monitoring and uptime, rate limits and spend caps, privacy and account deletion.
